Catholijn Jonker has been elected as one of the 62 founding Fellows of the newly established Netherlands Academy of Engineering (NAE). The NAE brings together experts from engineering, applied research, and innovation to address major societal challenges through technological solutions.
The appointment of these Fellows marks the formal start of the Academy’s activities. As part of this group, Catholijn will contribute to NAE’s mission of fostering innovation with both societal and economic impact—by helping to develop engineering-based solutions that also open up new opportunities for business and export.
